Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking an Automation Specialist for finance and accounting to design and deliver automation solutions using Power Automate and VBA. You will work with Finance & Accounting teams, SMEs, and delivery managers to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

You will guide projects through the automation lifecycle, develop PDD/SDD for RPA, and conduct awareness sessions. Strong communication and collaboration across levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance experience in R2R, O2C or P2P processes.
• Advanced skills in Power Automate.
• Proficient VBA and Excel automation.
• Experience with RPA project lifecycle and PDD/SDD artifacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
