Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks a seasoned Mainframe Engineer to maintain and enhance core mainframe systems for telecom services. You will own end-to-end delivery from analysis to implementation and production support.

You will work in a distributed delivery team on large-scale mainframe applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying COBOL, JCL, DB2 and IMS-DB skills in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS-DB, TSO/ISPF; familiarity with tools: SORT, Changeman, SPUFI, Linux.
• understanding of telecom processes.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• good communication skills.
• experience with full SDLC.
• English B2+.
