Job summary

Lenovo ищет опытного инженера по Generative AI в Варшаве для разработки AI-решений и интеграции в существующие инфраструктуры. Роль требует глубоких знаний по ML/NLP/генеративному ИИ, архитектурным подходам и умениям работать в on-prem/cloud средах.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта и диплом по CS/ИИ; ожидается владение Kubernetes, Python и React, умение участвовать в пред-продажах и работе с RFP. Офис в Варшаве, работа в команде глобального уровня.

Qualifications

• Степень бакалавра или магистра в области компьютерных наук, искусственного интеллекта или смежной области.
• Опыт разработки и внедрения ИИ-решений 5+ лет; ML/NLP/картинная обработка и генеративный ИИ.
• Опыт разработки полноценных Generative AI решений, включая мультимодальные модели и on-prem/cloud.
• Сильное владение Python; знание React и скриптовых языков.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать решения Generative AI и Agentic AI в соответствие со стратегиями Lenovo.
• Строить архитектуры, инференс-движки, агентов и UI.
• Разрабатывать end-to-end AI-системы с LLM/SLM/VLM, интегрировать в существующие платформы.
• Обеспечивать безопасность данных, управление доступами и аудиты уязвимостей.
• Соблюдать практики MLOps/AIOps и пайплайны CI/CD; документировать архитектуру и потоки данных.

Задачи:

Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI software solutions and platforms aligned with Lenovo’s strategic goals and enterprise technical standards; Build AI solutions, including architectures, inference engines, agents, and user interfaces; Develop end-to-end AI systems using LLMs, SLMs, VLMs, MCP, and open-source frameworks; Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and systems, including on-premise and edge implementations; Identify and implement AI tools, frameworks, and technologies that improve solution effectiveness and efficiency; Incorporate security measures including data encryption, access controls, and vulnerability assessments; Implement AIOps and AI development best practices for experimental and production environments; Follow coding guidelines and best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable AI software; Produce documentation covering system diagrams, data flows, integration points, and technical specifications; Stay current with AI advancements and propose innovative implementation strategies; Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution design sessions, and RFP/RFI responses for enterprise AI opportunities; Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Требования:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; 5+ Years of experience in AI development and implementation across data science, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI; 2+ Years of experience developing end-to‑end Generative AI solutions, including multimodal solutions using NVIDIA, cloud‑based LLMs, or open‑source models; Strong knowledge of on‑premise and cloud environments, including containerization and scaling with Kubernetes; Experience implementing MLOps, LLMOps, or AIOps and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools; Strong programming skills in Python, React, and scripting languages; Nice to have: experience with NVIDIA technologies such as GPUs, CUDA, and TensorRT, and integration of NVIDIA AI Enterprise tools in on‑premise solutions.
