Job summary

Link Group ищет лидера в области искусственного интеллекта для разработки и внедрения ИИ-решений в производственные процессы. Ваша задача — работать с бизнес-англогами, приоритизировать кейсы и выстраивать дорожные карты внедрения.

Требуется опыт внедрения ИИ-решений от идеи до продакшна, глубокие знания Generative AI/LLM, а также умение работать с различными облачными платформами. Работа в офисе в Варшаве.

Qualifications

• Опыт внедрения AI-решений от идеи до продакшна.
• Глубокие знания Generative AI, LLM и архитектур AI.
• Практические знания облачных платформ (OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Знание RAG, инженерии подсказок и оркестрации AI.
• Умение переводить бизнес-задачи в AI-решения.
• Свободное владение английским.
• Высшее образование в IT/DS/AI/Engineering.
• Опыт в Pharma/Healthcare будет плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Идентифицировать и оценивать кейсы применения ИИ совместно с бизнес-заинтересованными сторонами.
• Руководить AI-проектами от идеи до продакшна.
• Разрабатывать решения на базе Generative AI, LLM, AI-Agents и RAG.
• Выбирать модели, платформы и архитектуру ИИ.
• Интегрировать ИИ с системами, данными и процессами.
• Сотрудничать с командами Data, Architecture, Security, Legal и внешними партнёрами.
• Оценивать бизнес-ценность, риски и масштабируемость.
• Обеспечивать управление ИИ, безопасность и комплаенс.

Задачи

• Identify and assess AI use cases together with business stakeholders
• Lead AI projects from ideation and pilots through production
• Design solutions using Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and RAG
• Select AI models, platforms, and architecture
• Integrate AI with systems, data, and processes
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security, Legal teams, and external partners
• Assess business value, risks, and scalability opportunities
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Innovation, or a related area
• Experience deploying AI solutions from concept to production
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and modern AI architectures
• Practical knowledge of platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI orchestration
• Knowledge of cloud, data architecture, AI governance, security, and compliance
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent English
• Higher education in IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work independently, focus on business outcomes, follow AI developments, and translate new technologies into concrete, scalable solutions
• Nice to have: experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or another regulated industry
