Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a M365 Support Consultant in Katowice with 1–4 years of hands-on experience. The role includes an on-call rotation in addition to standard business hours.

You will manage mailbox configurations, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and configure Microsoft Teams policies. Use PowerShell for automation and diagnostics, joining a scheduled on‑call rotation as required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands‑on M365 support experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience as escalation point for complex issues, governance, automation and service improvements.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift‑based support environment including on‑call rotation.
• Hands‑on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to adopt best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks with increasing autonomy and sound judgment within defined parameters.
• Demonstrate initiative and resolve routine issues independently.
• Identify and communicate risks to senior team members.
• Provide high quality capabilities and consultant expertise during project requirements and on‑call periods.
