Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior M365 & Power Platform Engineer who serves as expert escalation point for complex issues, platform architecture, governance, and automation. Location: Katowice with 2 days in office and 3 days remote; on-call rotation included.

You will drive diagnostics, implement enterprise‑level configurations, lead service improvements, mentor L1/L2 teams, and collaborate with architects on solution design and governance across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse.

Qualifications

3–6 years of hands-on enterprise administration of Microsoft 365.
Expert-level experience in security, governance, and tenant architecture.
Strong Power Platform administration (Dataverse troubleshooting, complex flow debugging, governance).
Experience operating in a 24×7 rotational support model.
Ability to lead RCA, architect improvements, and guide teams through complex scenarios.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for complex issues, platform architecture, governance, and automation.
Drive diagnostics, enterprise configurations, and service improvements.
Lead Power Platform support across environment governance, Dataverse, and performance.
Mentor L1/L2 teams and share knowledge.
