Job summary

Accenture Sp. z o.o. is seeking a seasoned Strategy professional to join our Industry Strategy – Software & Platforms team.

You will shape strategic initiatives, partner with global software clients, and drive AI-driven transformation across product growth and operations. With 4+ years in strategy consulting or software companies, you will translate market trends into actionable client engagements, facilitate workshops, and build senior relationships across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, economics, engineering, or related field.
4+ years in strategy consulting or software/platform companies (SaaS, cloud, marketplaces).
Generative AI tools, data modeling, or agentic workflows experience.
Familiarity with SaaS, marketplaces or platform operations.
Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German/French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape strategy for Industry Strategy – Software & Platforms and lead workstreams.
Collaborate with global clients to design initiatives across product growth and operations.
Support end-to-end business reinvention projects and optimize client models.
Translate market trends into client-ready implications and opportunities.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to boost productivity.
Contribute to client proposals, POVs, and strategic materials.
Build trusted client relationships and identify additional business impact.
