Accenture Poland is seeking a seasoned M&A/Private Equity consultant to guide cross-border transactions across Europe. • 6+ years in Functional M&A or Tech/IT M&A.
• Experience leading workstreams and governance.
• Strong client stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A/PE engagements across pre-deal diligence, deal execution, Day 1 readiness, post-merger integration, separation, and value creation.
• Translate ambiguous deal challenges into structured workplans and client-ready recommendations.
• Support target screening and due diligence across Commercial, Operational, and Tech IT domains.
• Plan Day 1 readiness, integration, and separation programmes across functions and technology.
• Coordinate governance via IMO/SMO, RAID, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and IT for functional M&A activities.
• Shape IT integration/separation strategies across applications, data, and cybersecurity.
