Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant for ERP to support complex transformation and separation programs, including large-scale divestitures. You will shape ERP solutions, guide execution, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across technology landscapes, processes, and operating models.

You will work with a global EY network, focusing on end-to-end ERP workstreams, system separation, and optimization, while coordinating with client stakeholders at all levels,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and practical experience of ERP platforms and ERP-dependable satellite applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP workstreams in strategic transformations or M&A transactions.
• Contribute to ERP strategy and architecture discussions, including system separation, integration, and optimization.
• Coordinate complex ERP projects and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables (presentations, assessments, business cases) with a clear storyline.
• Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across ERP platforms.
• Leverage AI tools and innovative approaches to speed up analysis, solution design, and delivery efficiency.
• Quickly ramp up on new functional or technical areas, applying structured thinking and AI-assisted problem solving.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in client environments and proactively bring improvement ideas.
