Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks an experienced M&A Senior Consultant for ERP to support complex transformation and separation programs across Europe. You will define approaches, shape solutions, and guide execution, ensuring ERP systems align with strategic objectives.

You will work on ERP strategy, architecture, and system separations, coordinating with stakeholders up to C-level while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery. Travel to EU locations is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and proven practical experience of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4Hana, MS Dynamics) and ERP satellites.
• 6+ years in IT project management and IT consulting roles.
• 3+ years in ERP-related transformation projects, ideally in large-scale environments.
• Experience supporting ERP activities during business transitions (migrations, re-platforming, integrations).
• Ability to travel across EU up to 20% annually.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP workstreams in strategic transformations and M&A transactions.
• Contribute to ERP strategy, architecture discussions, and system separation.
• Coordinate ERP projects and manage client stakeholders up to C-level.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables with executive focus.
• Translate business needs into scalable ERP-enabled solutions; leverage AI where helpful.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in client environments.
