Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Solution Architecture team in a hybrid role based in Warsaw. You will design solutions across cloud, on-prem, integration and security, ensuring governance and enterprise standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise architecture, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with M&A due diligence and large-scale migrations. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution or Infrastructure Architecture in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing across cloud, hybrid infra, app integration and security.
• Experience with governance-driven architecture practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, comms to tech and business.
• English proficiency; additional M&A/divestiture experience preferred.
• TOGAF/ArchiMate familiarity; logistics domain experience preferred.

Senior Solution Architect (hybrid from Warsaw)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join a Solution Architecture team operating within a large international enterprise environment. The person in this role will support solution design, architecture governance, technology assessments, M&A activities and project delivery across a complex global IT landscape. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and supportable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.

Note: This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Produce Solution Design Documents and high-level architectures (HLDs) to support project delivery and operational handover.
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready technical solutions across cloud, infrastructure, application, integration and security domains.
• Ensure alignment of designs with architecture standards, security requirements and governance processes.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial design through production deployment and stabilization.
• Support M&A activities, including technical assessments, due diligence, integration planning and migration execution.
• Review existing environments and identify opportunities for consolidation, simplification and standardisation.
• Facilitate solution reviews and participate in architecture approval processes.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Security, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure coherent solutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies; escalat appropriately.
• Contribute to reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, standards and documented best practices.
• Support technology assessments, troubleshooting and technical escalations as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture or senior engineering roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing solutions across cloud, hybrid infrastructure, application integration and security domains.
• Experience operating within large, complex enterprise IT landscapes and governance-driven architecture practices.
• Experience producing Solution Design Documents, HLDs and formal architecture documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
• Experience supporting complex technical transformations and delivering projects to production.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Preferred: experience with M&A, divestitures, integrations or large-scale migrations.
• Preferred: familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar architecture frameworks.
• Preferred: domain experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or other large global organisations.
• Preferred: technical understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, identity services, networking, security and integration technologies.
• Engagement in high-impact projects within a global organisational context, including M&A and large-scale technical transformations.
• Opportunities to influence enterprise architecture patterns, standards and reusable reference designs.
