Job summary

QX Consulting Ltd is seeking an AI Engineer to build voice and digital AI agents on low-code platforms, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions for client projects. Qualifications

• Delivered at least one production-level AI project on Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai, Boost.ai, Dialogflow, Omilia, DRUID.ai or PolyAI.
• Experience bridging low-code platforms with backend systems via APIs.
• Strong collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution design and technical direction with the wider team.
• Design, build and optimise workflows on leading AI platforms.
• Configure and deliver voice and digital AI agents, LLM-based applications and business process automation solutions.
• Integrate AI platforms with backend systems and frontend channels via APIs.
• Apply QA best practices to workflows and configurations to ensure robustness, scalability and production readiness.
• Support the design and implementation of agentic workflows and orchestration patterns at scale.
• Contribute to requirements clarification, delivery planning and day-to-day project coordination.
• Manage stakeholders effectively across clients, vendors and internal delivery teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues, refine solution behaviour and improve performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
