Job summary

Responsibilities

• Shape solution design and technical direction with the wider team.
• Design, build and optimise workflows on leading AI platforms.
• Configure and deliver voice and digital AI agents, LLM-based applications and business process automation solutions.

• Apply QA best practices to workflows and configurations to ensure robustness, scalability and production readiness.
• Support the design and implementation of agentic workflows and orchestration patterns at scale.
• Contribute to requirements clarification, delivery planning and day-to-day project coordination.
• Manage stakeholders effectively across clients, vendors and internal delivery teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues, refine solution behaviour and improve performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job description

As an AI Engineer, you will work on low code platforms like Cognigy.ai and Boost.ai building voice and digital AI agents, Agentic workflows, RAG, LLM-based applications, systems integration and workflow orchestration, helping deliver robust self-service solutions for client projects. While this is not a software development role (low code), prior application development or software engineering experience could be beneficial.

To be eligible, you must have delivered at least one production-level project on one or more of the following platforms: Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai, Boost.ai, Google Dialogflow, Omilia, DRUID.ai or PolyAI.

This role suits someone who enjoys combining low-code development with systems integration and client collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions in real business environments.

• Apply quality assurance best practices to workflows and configurations to ensure robustness, scalability and production readiness

• Contribute to requirements clarification, delivery planning and a degree of day-to-day project coordination
• Manage stakeholders effectively across clients, vendors and internal delivery teams
