Acrisure operates an Insurance Operations Trainee role in Gdańsk to learn how contracts, premiums and payments are processed for the London insurance and reinsurance business. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to support brokers, account managers and finance teams.

The role covers entering contracts, processing transactions, tracking progress, handling queries, supporting submissions and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Interest in insurance or financial services.
• Willingness to learn London Market processes and terminology.
• Basic skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with numbers and data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and check contracts, process transactions and prepare invoices for London business.
• Track contract and transaction progress against deadlines.
• Check contract documents and data to support accurate market closing.
• Handle routine queries and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Support submissions and data queries under supervision.
• Assist with bordereaux for delegated authority business.
• Check, record and process insurance premiums.
• Match and allocate payments; flag items for review.
• Prepare and check data for statistical reporting.
