Acrisure is expanding in Gdańsk and seeks a Manager, Account Reconciliation to lead a finance team and drive continuous improvement across reconciliations and controls. You will partner with Accounting, Controllership, Audit, and Finance Operations to ensure accurate data and timely month-end close.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and collaboration within a dynamic, multinational environment, with a hybrid model and growth opportunities in a global fintech and insurance services firm.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• At least 5 years in Accounting, Finance Operations, Record-to-Report, Reconciliation, or Controllership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience within SSC/GBS or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience supporting month-end close activities.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
• Proven track record of process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a team of finance professionals with coaching and development.
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliation processes across entities.
• Ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitoring reconciliation quality and compliance with internal policies.
• Supporting month-end close by ensuring reconciliation completeness and transparency.
• Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partnering with Finance Operations, Controllership, and Audit teams.
• Communicating risks, opportunities, and process updates to leadership.
• Supporting projects and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
