Qualifications

• Fluent in German and good in English, with a technical engineering background.
• Experience with photovoltaic panels is preferred.

Job description

The general goal of the position is to successfully manage orders from partners and ensure they receive best-in-class customer service.

What do you need to start?

• Fluent knowledge of German (C1+)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Engineering technical background (education or experience)
• Knowledge about photovoltaic panels (experience/education)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service skills

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Knowledge of electrical subjects
• Experience with Photovoltaics

What duties will help you grow?

• Provide technical support to clients partners during the installation and design phase of photovoltaic installations
• Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
• Handle technical failures occurring on the installation, providing complete troubleshooting, and documenting them within the required time in the system
• Customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) handling including assigning RMA numbers from the CRM system, entering RMAs in the CRM system, flagging open RMAs, and closing them in a timely manner
