Job summary

Nomad Electric is seeking a dedicated O&M Manager for PV farm projects in the Brandenburg area and beyond. As a key member, you will build Nomad Electric’s local presence, lead a Field Service team, and ensure projects are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will manage regulatory compliance (DGUV Vorschrift 3, DIN VDE), coordinate with DSOs/TSOs, oversee maintenance, testing, and documentation, and drive continuous improvement for maximum plant availability.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification for independent work on LV/MV systems (EFK) or equivalent.
• Eligibility to act as Anlagenverantwortlicher under DIN VDE 0105-100.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scale O&M operations in Germany with HQ support.
• Ensure compliance with DGUV Vorschrift 3, BetrSichV, TRBS, and DIN VDE standards.
• Build and manage a local Field Service Team of Technicians and Engineers.
• Implement and improve O&M procedures to ensure high safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with DSOs/TSOs and oversee grid-related operations.
