Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is building a brand-new team to support the Global Procurement team. We are seeking a Global Sourcing and Contract Expert for Professional Services to join our international team and drive sourcing events, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

You will collaborate with global partners, manage contracts, and contribute to cost savings and regulatory compliance while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, engineering, business, finance).
• 5–6 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience running sourcing projects in Professional Services (HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, Consulting).
• Strong negotiation skills based on data and facts.
• Experience with global purchasing agreements – drafting, reviewing, negotiating.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, independent approach in international environments.
• Resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
• Very good English skills (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; ERP systems or procurement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global business partners to align with ING Procurement Policy.
• Lead end-to-end e-sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ/RFP, e-auctions) including requirements, market research, evaluation, negotiations, and awarding.
• Manage global contracts and administration, ensuring compliance and timely renewals/amendments.
• Manage third-party risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and ING standards.
• Support vendor management, performance tracking, issue resolution, and supplier reviews.
• Contribute to ESG, cost savings initiatives, and procurement best practices.
