Job summary

SDSPL is seeking a Logistics Settlement Junior Manager in Poznań to lead settlement processes for logistics services and supervise a dedicated team. You will coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and operations, ensuring timely transactions and robust data quality, while developing staff capabilities within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or related field.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a team lead, supervisory, settlement, finance, or logistics-related role.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, especially sea and road transport.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize settlement processes for logistics services.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Organize workload and assign tasks based on priorities and competencies.
• Supervise settlement; verify transactions, identify discrepancies, ensure timely completion.
• Manage AR/AP settlements for logistics services and ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Support staff development through training and mentoring.
• Coordinate with operations and other units to ensure smooth information flow.
• Work with Finance on settlements, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare and review reports on settlements, team performance, and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Assist internal/external audits with required documentation.
