Job summary

Samsung SDS Global in Poznań is seeking a proactive Logistics Cost Control Specialist to join the Cello platform team. You will support settlement processes, coordinate with service providers and customers, and help drive operational excellence in logistics.

The role emphasizes accuracy and timely payments in AR/AP workflows, with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration across our global network. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive non-salary benefits package are available.

Qualifications

University degree in Logistics, SCM or Transport (preferred).
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in a similar role in logistics, transport, or finance-related processes will be a strong asset.
Understanding of logistics operations, especially sea and road transport.
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day cooperation with service providers and customers.
Executing settlement processes (AR/AP) in our Cellosystem.
Monitoring and controlling timely delivery performance.
Investigating and resolving settlement or payment discrepancies.
Verifying payments, analyzing data, and comparing tariffs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
