Job summary

Nordex Group in Poznań is seeking a driven Logistics Assistant to support material reception, verification, and inventory control within our wind energy division.

You will coordinate with suppliers and carriers, perform checks using Excel/ERP, and maintain accurate records while following safety procedures. This role offers a collaborative, multicultural environment and growth opportunities within a global leader in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

• Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes).
• Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records.
• Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis.
• Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both Polish and English.
