Job description

Overview

As a Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing every stage of the supply chain—from raw material sourcing to the final delivery of our products.

You will work closely with suppliers, customer service, logistics, purchasing, and production departments to ensure seamless and timely order fulfillment.

Your daily responsibilities will include supplier and vendor management, negotiation of pricing and contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and supervising both domestic and international logistics operations. You will manage and develop a team across procurement, logistics, and technical support, providing leadership, training, and motivation to optimize performance. Additionally, you will be accountable for monitoring and reporting key supply chain KPIs, delivering data-driven insights to the management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, quality, and environmental standards, including ISO certifications. Promoting safety and sustainability within logistics and warehouse operations is also a key element of this role.
