Job summary

Zalando Lounge Logistics Polska sp. z o.o. seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor for onsite logistics management in Olsztynek, coordinating with central HR and external providers.

You will drive people analytics, payroll processes, and HR projects across our Poland operations. The role requires strong Polish employment law knowledge, English proficiency, and experience in international environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR business partnering or 6+ in HR generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems.
• Experience in payroll processing with external providers.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills.
• Experience in international companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be trusted adviser for management on staff topics and coordinate with central HR Berlin and on-site partners.
• Payroll administration and verification with external service providers.
• Maintain personal files and HR system management.
• Leverage people KPIs and surveys to drive actionable improvements.
• Define roles, create job postings, and build structured interview processes with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development.
• Serve as go-to person for various ad-hoc HR projects.
