Job summary

Zalando in Poland (Głuchów) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support ~50 people up to Head of level in Logistics Operations. You will advise management on staff topics, coordinate with external providers, and collaborate with Zalando's central HR team in Berlin while driving HR processes on-site. The role emphasizes payroll, performance, and career development in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as HR business partner or 6+ years in HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems.
• Experience running payroll in cooperation with external providers.
• Proven consulting skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be trusted adviser to management on staff topics, coordinating with external providers, central HR in Berlin, logistics partners, and legal.
• Payroll administration and verification with external providers; manage personal files and HR systems.
• Work with people KPIs and employee surveys to translate insights into actions.
• Define roles with Talent Acquisition, create job postings, and run interviews and onboarding.
• Provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects across teams.
