GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Business Change Programme Manager to lead planning, execution and adoption of strategic change initiatives across Sales, Operations and Functions in Continental Europe.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification is required.
• Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG) or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation and change programmes.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, transport, or industrial operations.
• Experience delivering programmes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all organisational levels, from frontline to executives.
• Strong people leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience managing complex programme risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
• Experience across multiple European countries and cultures.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, transport networks, automation, and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business change programmes from initiation through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Develop programme plans, governance structures, risk management frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and other functions.
• Manage programme budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive governance activities, including steering committees and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues, and organisational barriers to success.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Assess readiness and absorption capacity across countries, functions, and sites.
• Build stakeholder engagement plans for leadership, managers and frontline employees.
• Partner with country and site teams for effective implementation and sustainment.
• Track adoption metrics, employee engagement and business benefits.
• Support Continental Europe transformation agenda and operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote best practices in programme management and change leadership.
• Develop transformation capabilities across the business.
• Foster strong relationships with senior executives and functional stakeholders.
