The role involves daily warehouse and outbound shipping oversight and cost control, with a strong emphasis on German-language communication.

The position offers hybrid or remote work within Poland, with occasional travel to partner locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) at B2/C1 level; English at least B1 is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal global customer service and external carriers on logistics matters, acting as a logistics services specialist.
• Analyze existing processes and optimize the supply chain with a total focus on end consumers.
• Invoicing and controlling carrier costs and credit notes as part of responsibilities.
• Organize additional shipments and transports in the B2C segment.
• Oversee daily control of the external warehouse and carrier supply chain in outbound shipping.
