Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced logistics professional to manage daily warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring timely reporting and strategic coordination of supply chain projects.

You will work with multiple internal departments to optimize forecasting, inventory control and inbound/outbound flows, driving efficiency and cost effectiveness across the network.

Formación

• Fluent English in both spoken and written form.
• Proven track record in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to analyze complex logistics challenges and provide solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments to align logistics goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and monitor daily operations of the external warehouse and supply chain activities with timely reporting.
• Lead coordination and development of internal logistics processes, including forecasting and inventory management.
• Address transportation, inbound and outbound challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as the main contact between logistics and other internal departments.
• Analyze supply chain processes and work with teams to implement efficiency and cost-optimisation improvements.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

• Daily Control and Reporting: Oversee and monitor the daily operations of our external warehouse and supply chain activities, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of performance and issues.
• Coordination and Development: Lead the coordination and development of internal processes related to logistics, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain projects.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges related to transportation, inbound and outbound operations, resolving any issues as they arise in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Internal Departments: Serve as the key point of contact between the logistics team and other internal departments, offering expertise on logistics-related matters.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes and work with internal teams and the warehouse to develop and implement optimization strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What We Expect

The remuneration is paid in arrears, on the last day of the calendar month. Any other part of the employee's remuneration is determined by the employment contract.
