Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Logistics Analyst I to join our vehicle sustainment team in Jaworzyna Slaska, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the ALECS program.

Responsibilities include assisting senior staff, analyzing and coordinating logistics, maintaining work order documentation, and handling packing, shipping, receiving, and transit of parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics.
• Experience with GCSS-A (warehouse) and SSA Operations.
• Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED; Passport valid for at least one year beyond start date.

Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst I to join our vehicle sustainment team in Jaworzyna Slaska, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assist more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting logistics efforts.
• Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions.
• Record, maintain and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Packing, shipping, receiving, transporting of parts, items, and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the use of GCSS-A (warehouse).
• Experience with SSA Operations.
• Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Experience in inventory and requisition supplies and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.
• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
• Willingness to accept temporary US or OCONUS transfers to other assignments, if needed.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
