The role emphasizes modeling, production-grade AI systems, data processing, and cross-functional communication, with a salary range and annual bonus described. The team is Warsaw-based and operates in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building ML/AI solutions deployed to production.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML methods including tree-based models, time-series, and neural nets.
• Proficient in Python with SQL and data processing libraries.
• Experience translating business problems into AI/ML or optimization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Analysis using ML, deep learning, time series forecasting, and survival models.
• Optimization using MILP and OR-Tools for logistics problems.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining AI/ML systems in production.
• Data processing and automation with Python and SQL.
• collaborate with engineering for pipeline reliability and scale.
• Translate business challenges into AI/ML or optimization problems.
