Job summary

InPost is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Operations Data Science Team in Kraków. You will design routing and allocation algorithms for parcel delivery, tackle large-scale optimization across vehicles and routes, and apply graph-based methods, clustering, regression and forecasting to improve speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science / ML roles.
• Strong Python skills and experience with data/ML libraries.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Solid understanding of ML methods (regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
