Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a junior Loan Operations Analyst to process, maintain, and administrate financial operations in a global environment. You will prepare reports for partners and support syndicated and bilateral loan processes, while identifying vulnerabilities and resolving data discrepancies.

You will handle day-to-day loan transactions, interact with counterparties, and contribute to risk controls across products. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, macros and VBA is a plus.
• Understanding of syndicated loan processes beneficial.

• Work in a hybrid model (2 days working from home per week)

Kogo poszukujemy?

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of syndicated loan processes, procedures, products and services
• Very good command of English
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to details
• Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (experience with macros and VBA will be a huge advantage)
• Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and elevate risks and issues
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes
• Compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
