Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a seasoned Finance Operations professional to manage and streamline global financial processes in Warsaw. This role expects strong English, advanced Excel and MS Office skills, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial markets and loan processes.

You will standardize workflows across branches, build an international client portfolio, and support syndicated and bilateral loaning activities while maintaining rigorous risk controls.
