Citi Poland's Lending Operations in Warsaw offers a hybrid role with two days at home per week. You will handle loan operations, reporting, and reconciliations for syndicated and bilateral deals, ensuring data accuracy and risk controls across the lifecycle.

The team seeks candidates with 0-2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English, and solid MS Office skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

• Understanding of Syndicated Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to details.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (macros and VBA will be a huge advantage).
• Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and elevate risks and issues.
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes.
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies.

• Contribute in syndicated and bilateral loaning process.
• Identify and report on vulnerabilities and risks in the process.
• Clarify and resolve discrepancies between the data.
• Involves in providing day-to-day loan transactional processing which may include booking cash transactions and making payments, performing loan reconciliations, input of general ledger entries and (complex) calculations.
• Possible interaction with other counterparties around positions and outstanding balances/claims.
• Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control)/services.

Team/Role Overview:

The Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.

The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan.
