Job summary

BC Game’s live studio in Warsaw is seeking a Head of Studio to own the content, programming and creative quality of all our live productions. You will decide what we make, shape how each show is structured, and ensure hosts walk on prepared.

You will report to the Head of Global Brand and Creative and work closely with the Creative Director and Talent Manager. Talent booking sits with the Talent Manager so you can focus entirely on programming and show quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in live entertainment, broadcasting, livestreaming, creator content or show production.
• Experience developing and structuring live shows or entertainment formats.
• Experience preparing hosts, presenters or moderators.
• Strong research, editorial and interviewing instincts.
• A sharp understanding of what makes good content, and of social media and modern creator culture.
• Excellent organisation, scheduling and planning skills.
• Composure working with high-profile talent and productions that change quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• The right to work in Poland, including through European Union citizenship; this role does not offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the studio content calendar and production schedule.
• Develop and oversee live shows, interviews and recurring content formats.
• Make sure every production is well structured, entertaining and true to the BC Game brand.
• Prepare hosts and moderators for every upcoming production.
• Research guests and develop questions, talking points and show briefs.
• Write run-of-show documents and give clear creative direction.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Talent Manager and teams across the business.
• Hold a consistently high editorial and production standard.
• Review completed productions and keep raising the quality of what we put out.
