Job summary

Reality Games is seeking a Social Media & Live Ops enthusiast in a hybrid role based in Kraków. You will plan and publish content across X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, while coordinating with designers and moderators. The position emphasizes live hosting in English, community engagement, and quick feedback loops.

No prior experience is required, and onboarding is provided. A strong sense of ownership and keeping up with gaming trends are valued in a fast-paced Web3 gaming

Qualifications

• English C1 required for live hosting and copy.
• No prior experience required; suitable for students and career starters.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity and owner mindset.
• Confident using Telegram/Discord/X and staying current with social trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Instagram.
• Collaborate with designers and provide briefs/feedback; communicate with moderators.
• Moderate communities and respond quickly to questions (Q&A, updates).
• Prepare basic analytics: reach, engagement, channel growth, CTR, with weekly/monthly reports.
