You will join a hybrid team (3 days in the Wroclaw office, 2 days remote), collaborating with engineering to refine promotions and tools while analyzing metrics for optimization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in online industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent with ownership mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus.
• Fluent English and Polish.
