This role requires 1+ year of online-game experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English and Polish communication within a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience in online gaming or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• High initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently on time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing challenging in-game events and activities for players.
• Developing and refining event formulas based on data-driven insights.
• Defining goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled events.
• Creating monetization strategies and optimizing revenue streams.
• Defining monthly sales promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue.
• Analyzing game metrics to identify optimization opportunities (retention, ARPU, churn).
• Collaborating with engineering to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools.
