nVent seeks engineers to translate customer requirements into practical liquid cooling architectures and product recommendations. You will perform thermofluid analyses across complex networks, support site surveys and deployment planning, and assist with commissioning to ensure performance and design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in hydronic systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and selecting components.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• Familiarity with DFMEA/DFM/RCCM or similar tools.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and analysis methods.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Field Application Engineers to translate requirements into liquid cooling architectures and product recommendations.
• Perform thermofluid analyses, including flow, pressure drop, pump sizing, and heat rejection across CDUs and hydronic loops.
• Support site surveys, design reviews, and deployment planning to reduce execution risk.
• Assist with commissioning and field support by validating operating conditions and system performance.
• Develop sizing tools, templates, and technical materials for consistent configuration and quoting.
• Capture insights from customer engagements to influence roadmap priorities.
• Serve as a technical liaison across PM, Eng, Services, Sales, and FAE teams.
