Job summary

Xebia, a global AI-first digital transformation and engineering partner, is seeking a DevOps/Infrastructure role focused on Linux systems. You will automate deployment processes, maintain build pipelines, and manage configurations across virtualized environments with a strong emphasis on documentation and traceability.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Linux experience in DevOps, familiarity with AI-powered assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor, plus Bash scripting, Git, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux in DevOps/Infrastructure roles.
• Practical use of AI-powered assistants to boost software delivery.
• Solid Bash scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Git and build/deploy pipelines.
• Comfort working with Linux in air-gapped/restricted environments.
• Able to investigate and configure Linux components independently.
• Familiar with virtual machines and virtual networking in hypervisors.
• Knowledge of running Java apps on Linux.
• Understanding of core programming concepts (conditions, loops, data types, structures).
• Basic Python or strong general programming foundations.

Responsibilities

• Automate and maintain Linux-based environments and deployment processes.
• Support delivery of product builds across development, testing, and release environments.
• Manage and improve build pipelines and software delivery processes.
• Configure and maintain infrastructure across virtualized and air-gapped environments.
• Troubleshoot issues across Linux systems and deployed applications.
• Support configuration and operation of applications in Linux environments.
• Manage product-level configuration and release processes.
• Maintain work tracking and technical documentation for delivery and traceability.
