Job summary

Xebia Group seeks an AWS DevOps Engineer to join a global AI-first engineering partner. You will support development teams with product knowledge, design solutions, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloud and air-gapped environments.

Key duties include automation, troubleshooting, and guiding best practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Fluent English (B2) and strong DevOps mindset are required.

Qualifications

• hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity, quality, or decision‑making in software delivery.
• practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines,
• experience with Docker and Docker Swarm,
• good knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR,
• understand Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure principles,
• experience working with both cloud and on‑premises, air‑gapped environments,
• a good understanding of JSON,
• familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions and have an appreciation of ELK Stack and Grafana,
• experience with firewall management, preferably FortiGate,
• understand Agile development processes and have a strong DevOps mindset,
• good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills,
• can provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams,
• proactive and comfortable contributing to technical planning and continuous improvement,
• good English communication skills (at least B2 level).

• supporting development teams with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution design,

Your profile:

• hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role,

• practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines,
• experience with Docker and Docker Swarm,
