Xebia is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our EU-region team. You will support development teams with knowledge, design solutions, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloud and air-gapped on‑prem environments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, S3, ECR, CloudFormation), Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and strong English communication. You’ll contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Swarm.
• Good knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and cloud infrastructure principles.
• Experience working with both cloud and on-premises, air-gapped environments.
• Good understanding of JSON.

Responsabilités

• Support development teams with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution design.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build environments.
• Manage and improve infrastructure automation and configuration processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on improvements and best practices.
• Support infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises air-gapped environments.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of new features and technical improvements.
• Support monitoring and observability initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable delivery.
