Job summary

eConsulting is seeking an Account Success Manager in Warsaw to nurture existing client relationships across pharma, lab, biotech, and eco sectors. You will ensure clients feel fully supported, help them achieve their goals, and foster long-term partnerships that drive ongoing collaboration.

You will work with our Delivery team to keep projects on track, spot upsell opportunities, and gather feedback to improve service quality, while keeping a client-centric, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B service.
• Strong relationship-building within Life Science sectors.
• Excellent listening, empathy and problem-solving.
• Independent worker with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted partner for existing clients and deliver real value.
• Coordinate with Delivery team to remove communication bottlenecks.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand cooperation.
• Regular check-ins and gather feedback to prevent issues.
• Coordinate with experts to bring in technical knowledge while maintaining relationship quality.
