Sperasoft in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Level Designer to craft engaging game levels from concept to final polish. You will design layouts, script events, and tune level pacing while ensuring alignment with the creative vision and core mechanics.

Collaborate with international teams and contribute to prototypes, balancing, and playtesting to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences for players worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level Design with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of 3D level design tools and workflows.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 4/5 for level creation.
• Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance gameplay density and spatial design.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to work self-directed when needed.
• Solid knowledge of the video game industry.
• Ability to understand and share the player perspective.

Responsabilités

• Own parts of level plays contributing to the overall game experience.
• Collaborate with disciplines and level artists to ensure playability and visuals align.
• Contribute and design level layouts.
