Arrow Electronics seeks a Legal Shared Services Manager to lead centralized legal administration for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from the Gdańsk office. You will optimize workflows, implement legal tech, and support legal staff to deliver high‑value services across business units.

The role requires 6–8 years in employee relations or legal shared services, strong English and Polish, and experience with international labor laws.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in employee relations, legal shared services, or employment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (paralegal qualification or equivalent experience is highly preferred).
• International scope with multi-country employment issues experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the legal shared services team.
• Support the primary legal contact for employment matters in Europe.
• Draft templates, correspondence, reports, and other legal memoranda.
• Identify and implement workflow automation and legal tech solutions.

Position: Legal Shared Services Manager, Employment (EMEA)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role oversees centralized legal administrative functions, optimizing workflows, implementing legal technology (e.g., intake, automation), and supporting legal staff to provide efficient support across business units in Europe. The role will operate out of the Company's office in Poland. This role requires expertise in legal operations, process improvement, and stakeholder management to drive cost savings and high-value service delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the legal shared services team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of legal services to internal clients.
• Legal Support Scope: Support the primary legal contact for employment matters in Europe. Research and track complex and evolving labor laws and regulatory landscape in the country.
• Templates and forms: Work with attorneys to draft templates, correspondence, reports, and other legal memoranda.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, develop, and implement workflow automation and legal technology solutions to support global tracking and integration of shared legal templates, legal investigation notes and reports, and other shared legal tasks.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Support legal services with implementing and tracking updates to company policies and practices based on applicable legal regulations and industry standards.
• Training. Support legal team with scheduling and organizing training for business units.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, acting as a liaison to ensure service alignment.
• KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate and improve service efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (A legal/paralegal qualification or equivalent experience is highly preferred).
• Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in employee relations, legal shared services, or employment operations.
• International Scope: Demonstrable experience managing multi-country employment issues and labor frameworks.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages is highly preferred.
• Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of EMEA employment laws and works council structures.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of legal processes, document management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Technology: Proficiency in legal technology (e.g., Navex, Practical Law, etc.).
