Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations team. You will bridge complex legal operational needs with technical execution, shaping a secure and compliant digital backbone for our legal processes.

You will lead end-to-end analysis, translate requirements into actionable specs, partner with legal and IT stakeholders, and drive efficient SaaS evaluations and integrations across the enterprise. This role requires fluent English and Polish and residency in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in a Legal Operations industry.
• Strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance domains (Matter Management, document management, legal spend, contract management).
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, with SaaS solutions and vendors.
• Understanding of data flow and system integration; builder mentality to tackle complex workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analysis workstreams aligned with business strategy and technical implementation.
• Translate complex legal requirements into functional and non-functional specs and roadmaps.
• Partner with legal stakeholders and IT to map and optimize processes and integrate with enterprise IT.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions against standards and security.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leads, facilitate workshops, drive consensus across the organization.
• Oversee lifecycle of legal technology solutions with traceability and proactive change management.
