Job summary

Sii Poland in Szczecin is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations team, driving digital transformation of legal processes and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient IT backbones.

You will translate legal requirements into functional specs, collaborate with legal and IT stakeholders, evaluate SaaS solutions, and guide end-to-end projects with a builder mindset and strong workshop facilitation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in a Legal Operations industry.
• Deep understanding of the Legal & Compliance domain, including Matter Management, document management, legal spend, and contract management.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, with experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors.
• Strong understanding of data flow and system integration, with a proactive, builder mentality to tackle complex workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Polish, and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analysis workstreams independently, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical implementation.
• Translate complex legal business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements, defining product roadmaps.
• Partner with legal stakeholders and IT teams to map and optimize legal processes, ensuring seamless integration with the corporate IT landscape.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leads and legal stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus across organizational boundaries.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of legal technology solutions, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and proactive change management.
