Job summary

Bosch in Poland invites a law student to join the Data Protection & Technology team as a Legal Intern (f/m). You will gain hands-on experience supporting an international IT data protection team, turning legal requirements into practical solutions and contributing to improving processes.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and materials for management, drafting documents and analyses, reviewing guidance from authorities such as the Polish Data Protection Authority and the European Data

Qualifications

• Current law student with interest in data protection or data security.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand legal topics.
• Proactive, collaborative and well-organized.

• Support IT data protection team in daily activities and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations and materials for management.
• Help improve processes and update data protection documentation.
• Draft documents, short legal notes, analyses and summaries.
• Review guidance from data protection authorities including Polish DPA and EDPB.
• Support maintenance of data protection registers, including ROPA.

What will you do?

• Support the IT data protection team in daily activities and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations and materials for management.
• Help improve processes and update data protection documentation.
• Draft documents, short legal notes, analyses and summaries.
• Review guidance and recommendations issued by data protection authorities, including the Polish Data Protection Authority and the European Data Protection Board.
• Support the maintenance of data protection registers, including the Record of Processing Activities, ROPA.

What are we looking for?

Required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Interest in data protection or data security.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand legal topics.
• A proactive, collaborative and well-organized approach.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of GDPR.
• Interest in technology law, cybersecurity or IT.
• Initial experience in preparing legal analyses, reports or presentations.
