Job summary

Bosch Polska is offering an IT Server Operations internship in Łódź. You will gain hands-on experience monitoring server infrastructure, analyzing alerts, and supporting remote infrastructure management in a global enterprise environment.

Our Server Operations Center plays a vital role in ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services used by employees around the world. Responsibilities:

• Performing basic monitoring of Server Infrastructure (Virtual Server, Windows, Linux, )
• Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
• Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
• Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Current student (2nd to 4th year) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written).
• Foundational knowledge of IT server administration (Windows, Linux, Virtual Server)
• Availability to work min 30 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to learning.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Interest in automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Eagerness to grow into an IT professional specializing in infrastructure and cloud technologies.
