Job summary

Bosch in Warsaw offers a paid cybersecurity internship focused on AI and IT topics. You will join the BD/CSO team, gain hands-on experience in an international setting, and learn from experienced professionals.

You will support day-to-day cybersecurity activities, help prepare security documentation, and research emerging threats while developing new competencies in IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 2nd–4th year of university studies (CS/Cybersecurity/IT).
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT security principles.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Available for 30–40 hours per week.
• Motivated to gain professional IT experience.
• Able to work in an international, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in day-to-day cybersecurity activities and IT projects.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of security-related docs, reports, analyses and presentations.
• Research cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and relevant technologies.
• Identify, document and follow up on IT security topics.
• Contribute to improvement and standardization of cybersecurity processes.
• Assist with AI-assisted solutions in IT and cybersecurity contexts.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions.
• Provide organizational and administrative support for team initiatives and security awareness.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• You are currently enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of university studies, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• You have a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT security principles.
• You demonstrate AI literacy and are interested in the practical application of artificial intelligence.
• You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are available for 30–40 hours per week.
• You are motivated to gain professional experience in an IT environment.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• You are able to work effectively in an international and diverse team.
• You demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• You are proactive, responsible and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• First academic, project-based or professional experience related to cybersecurity or IT security.
• Familiarity with information security standards, risk management or data protection.
• Interest in AI applications, automation or new technologies.
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations or technical documentation.
