Job summary

ITDS in Warsaw is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support enterprise-wide leadership development programs, ensure program excellence, and measure impact in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage LMS administration, coordinate with internal faculty and external speakers, prepare communications, and track metrics with Excel. Fluent English is required, and the role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or similar fields.
• Hands-on experience managing programs within an LMS platform.
• Proficiency with MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for participant engagement.
• Solid Excel skills for metrics analysis and reporting, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, and version control of program materials, presentations, digital resources, and facilitator guides.
• Administer surveys, compile feedback, and generate reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Coordinate with internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling prep sessions and ensuring logistical readiness.
• Draft and distribute participant communications such as invitations, pre-work, reminders, and post-program resources, maintaining distribution lists.
• Support vendor and financial administration, including processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, onboarding vendors, and assisting with budget management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track action items, and update timelines to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course coding, registration, completion tracking, and troubleshooting access issues.
